The Jotron Tron AIS TR-8000 MkII Complete IMO Package is an AIS Class A Automatic Identification System designed for commercial vessels and professional maritime navigation. It automatically exchanges vessel information with other AIS-equipped vessels, helping crews monitor surrounding traffic, improve situational awareness and support safer navigation.

The TR-8000 MkII meets the latest AIS Class A standard IEC 61993-2:2018 and Bridge Alert Management (BAM) standards IEC 62923-1 and IEC 62923-2:2018. It is also approved for inland waterway installations and supports Blue Sign information transmissions used for safe navigation on European inland waterways.

The system uses separate transceiver and display units, providing a compact solution that is suitable for both new installations and AIS system retrofits. The 7-inch high-resolution touchscreen display provides a clear view of AIS and navigation information, while the IP54-rated display is designed for use in marine environments.

This IMO package provides additional equipment for a complete installation, including a Procom CXL 2-1LW/H VHF antenna and pilot cable for the TR-8000 display. External interface cables are connected inside the transceiver unit, helping to simplify installation and system integration.
