Spencer Twin Shell basket stretcher with a strong high-density polyethylene (HDPE) twin-shell design for safe casualty recovery and transport in high-risk environments. It is suitable for mountain rescue, offshore operations, water rescue, technical rescue and confined space extraction, and is compatible with helicopter lifting systems when used with appropriate sling equipment.

The rigid twin-shell structure acts as a protective cocoon around the patient, helping reduce the risk of side impacts during movement over uneven ground, rough terrain, and during air or marine evacuation. The internal space supports essential medical equipment such as life support systems and footrests, allowing continuous patient care during transport.

A key feature is its divisible design, allowing the stretcher to be separated into two halves for compact storage and easier handling. When not in use, the two shells nest together, making it space-efficient for rescue vehicles and stations where storage is limited.

Strategically placed handholes and eyelets allow secure multi-operator handling and controlled lifting during rescue operations.
