The SOS XL Recovery Ladder is a lightweight, and rapid-deployment MOB solution, specialised for commercial boats. A two-in-one Recovery / Rescue Ladder MOB system facilitating both assisted rescues via the ladder rungs, and horizontal recoveries through a 'parbuckle' cradle recovery style — with a 2:1 leverage advantage, using a halyard or block and tackle.

The new SOS XL Recovery Ladder combines both easy-to-use features, and fast-deployment capabilities in one man overboard rescue system. This MOB Rescue Ladder is specialised and designed for commercial boats & vessels. The two-in-one multifunction SOS Recovery / Rescue Ladder can facilitate 2 types of man overboard recovery — an assisted rescue, where crew can use the runs as a ladder to climb back on-board. Or, if the MOB casualty is injured / unable to move, a horizontal lift can be performed. 'Parbuckling' the casualty in an man overboard cradle-type recovery style — utilising a 2:1 leverage system with an halyard, or block and tackle.

  • "Soft" design with lightweight ladder rungs to prevent any further injury to MOB casualty
